The marketing tools you need for each event will be at your fingertips. Each event will have customized social media posts, printable downloads for door flyers, and a reusable bandit sign to promote the upcoming party.

Pensions
This is how the parties pay: Each community can send a link to their preferred vendors allowing them to provide sponsorship through financial support via an online link. Retention Pensions keeps tally of provided funds with easy viewing for managers, management companies, and owners. These funds can be used for party upgrades or checks can be cut at the end of the year and given to the property.
Step 1.
Request a Proposal
Retention Pensions will send you a short questionnaire so we can understand your community's needs, budget, and demographics.
After answering our short survey, we will provide you with a proposal that includes package options and pricing to BEST fit your community.
Step 2.
Pick a Package
Once you receive your proposal, you can pick the package that works best for your community. You will sign a 1 year contract (30 day out, of course) and choose from a list of available dates for your parties!
Package pricing starts at $400 a month for 1 party each month up-to 40 residents.
Step 3.
Raise Money
Let us help you raise money.
Retention Pensions will send each community manager and supervisor a link (with instructions) to be emailed out to preferred vendors asking for monetary support.

The money raised (minus a small processing fee) can be either
1. Given to the property at the end of the year.
OR
2. Be used for various upgrades and/or party additions.
